A result within 24 hours—or that product is free. If we miss the guarantee, the additional product fee is waived; an included slot is not consumed or is credited back. The monthly retainer remains. Missing, incorrect or unreadable evidence does not start the clock, and a question alone is not a result. Capacity and the customer agreement govern.

When does the 24-hour clock start? +
Only after Getcombra accepts a complete, readable evidence set for the agreed scope. Time spent waiting for customer information is excluded, and delivery is subject to agreed capacity and the customer agreement.
What counts as a result? +
Either the required document package for the accepted scope or a precise gap report explaining what is missing, contradictory, expired or unreadable. A question or acknowledgement alone is not a result.
What happens if Getcombra misses the guarantee? +
The additional product fee is waived. If the product used an included monthly slot, that slot is not consumed or is credited back. The monthly retainer remains unchanged. The customer agreement governs the final terms.
Does Getcombra certify products? +
No. Getcombra is not a laboratory, certification body or legally responsible economic operator. The responsible party reviews and approves the result and remains responsible for the product.
